Name the authority and the missing fact
A page is useful when it identifies who decides, what fact changes the answer, where to verify it and when the source was checked.
Primary-source rule
Issuing agencies, official permit portals, codes, forms and fee schedules come before commercial summaries. Secondary sources can explain context but cannot create a requirement.
No approval claims
We do not say a business is compliant, guaranteed approval, or has a complete permit list unless the responsible authorities and exact scope support that statement.
Examples and testimonials
Examples are labelled and show how to ask the right agencies; they do not promise an outcome. Testimonials are prohibited without a real person, consent, exact statement and supported outcome.
Corrections
A correction records the affected jurisdiction, activity, source, checked date and checklist version. New facts do not silently rewrite an earlier result.
